Our 2022 Tres blend is always such fun to put together and just as much fun to drink! This vintage showcases each of the varietals quite well. The spice notes and dried orange peel on the nose comes from the Grenache. There is a layer of black cherry and crushed violets from the Syrah and some high toned red fruit from the Mourvedre. The palate is earth toned and spicy on the front with big but well-integrated tannins on the mid-palate to finish. This is a great wine to pair with food and will only get more complex and nuanced over the next few years of drinking!
